New canopies were installed throughout the areas. Within the canopies new Phillips LED external lighting was fitted, with the cabling concealed within the body of them. Liaison with the canopy manufacturer was a requirement of the project to ensure that the cable way was suitable for the positioning of the LED lighting. Following on from the works to the carpark area, DL M&E were requested to undertake the refurbishment of one of the busy wards.
New LED lighting was installed throughout the ward, canteen area, consultation rooms and reception area. In addition, new power was installed to all areas, including new automatic doors and kitchen facilities.
The work was completed causing minimum disruption to the day to day running of the hospital, whilst being mindful of the environment in which we were working.
