Following a successful bid in a competitive 2 stage tender process as the D&B contractor, the project was taken from Riba Stage 2-7 by our inhouse design and delivery team. A core goal was high energy efficiency for the client’s decarbonisation benchmarks.

The Scope of works across the site, included:

• Replacement of 4no Chillers and Primary Chilled Water Network.
• Replacement of 5no new boilers and Primary LTHW Network.
• Upgrades to site wide Building Management Systems.
• Refurbishment of WC Blocks across 2No Phases of works.
• Upgrade of LV Power Distribution Systems.

Logistically, the works required comprehensive planning alongside the building occupants, to ensure the client could maintain operation of services throughout the construction works. The project was delivered within programme and to an exceptional standard with the client’s technical consultant describing it as an ‘Impeccable, first-class installation’.
