In the industrial area of Trinity Quay Bristol, the bank's building was a seven-floor office in which the full MEP services were reaching end of life and a full CAT A and B fitout was proposed.

The scope of works for the project included:

  • Installation 28 No. modular chillers with the subsequent electrical supply and controls update and modified to suit the new installation.
  • Installation of 4no new Boiler and associated ventilation systems.
  • Installation of new air handling units and primary ventilation systems throughout.
  • Installation of new electrical infrastructure including generators, LV replacement and UPS systems.
  • Installation of new Fan Coil Units and comfort cooling.
  • Full LTHW and CHW pipework installations
  • Full Cat A & B MEP Fitout of 7 floors of office space across two buildings

This project was allocated through the RBS framework agreement and not only delivered within programme but was also to an exceptional standard and within the client budget.
