DL M&E Building Services were engaged to undertake both the full mechanical and electrical work at Hugo Boss, St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff – Distribution boards, power, LED bespoke lighting, along with the installation of an integrated fire alarm system, CCTV and audio systems were installed throughout the retail store.
New air-conditioning and ventilations systems were installed, with DX VRV fan coil units supplying air through linear grills, mounted within the MF ceilings to maintain a sleek look. Domestic services were installed for the new toilet area, along with new sanitaryware.
In order to negate any unnecessary disruption to store trading, DL M&E also undertook the mechanical and electrical installation works for temporary premises which Hugo Boss utilised whilst the refurbishment was being undertaken.
