To meet the comfort conditions required for staff and customers, ventilation was provided via a ceiling concealed heat recovery unit feeding primary air to dual heating and cooling air conditioning units. Each AC unit can be controlled individually to provide secondary air and ensure the differing spaces can be independently conditioned.
Domestic water services were extended from the incoming landlord’s supply to feed the washroom and kitchen facilities, with hot water being provided by local point-of-use electric water heaters.
Full new power distribution and lighting systems were installed throughout with external signage lighting controlled via a remote building management system.
A complete fire alarm system with emergency exit signage were provided to the building, complete with interfaces to isolate mechanical and electrical plant upon activation of the fire alarm.
Upon completion of the M&E works testing and commissioning was also carried out by our in-house specialist team.
