The clockwise brand aims to provide an exemplary workplace environment that appeals to a diversified customer base and offers more flexibility through the shared office space model. The works comprised of a full M&E fit out across two floors of office space alongside a reception area refresh with exposed services throughout.
Prior to commencing on site, the office areas had been stripped back to the shell and core by the landlord, with only the incoming utilities retained. DL carried out the full HVAC installation which included the following:
A Mitsubishi heat recovery air-conditioning system to provide heating and cooling.
Modifications to an existing ventilation system supplied via an AHU located in the 8th floor plant room, and a newly installed AHU in a purpose-built plant room to the 4th floor.
Localised refreshment areas, with point of use water heaters and Hydro Taps at each location.
The Electrical installation consisted of exposed HL containment systems co-ordinated alongside the HVAC installation, with a combination of suspended track and feature lighting throughout. Power and IT cabling were routed via underfloor containment to serve floor boxes distributed throughout the space.
Upon completion of the project DL were named an approved contractor for Castleforge and continue to maintain a close working relationship with the client.
