In 2023, a UK National Bank initiated a strategic relocation plan to optimize operational efficiency. As part of this endeavour, NatWest acquired a three-story retail premises in Preston from their property portfolio, with the intent of establishing a contemporary and sustainable environment for both its staff and clients.
The project encompassed a comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) fit-out of the newly acquired retail premises. The primary objective was to implement cutting-edge systems that would enhance energy efficiency, provide optimal working conditions, and align with NatWest’s commitment to sustainability.
