Ventilation was provided by central plant. The electrical system comprised of underfloor power track and modular wiring systems fed from localised DB’s.
Through modifications to the existing services and supplementation of new, where required, DL were able to deliver a high-end office installation within budget and programme.
DL M&E were engaged as part of a new framework opportunity for one of our long-term clients. The project comprised of a refurbishment of a 2500m2 office space, within a prestigious government office complex located at Canary Wharf.
Upon award of the project, DL were engaged to validate the full installation and identify any shortfalls to the existing systems and current design.
