We’re proud to have donated spare materials to Beau Associates Limited, a local AM2 Electrical Training Provider, to support their apprentice students. This initiative not only repurposes unused site materials but also helps train the future of our industry – something we’re passionate about as part of our commitment to a circular economy.
Our very own M&E Foreman, Mal Armstrong, handed over the materials and met Beau Associates Directors paul lonyon and Carol Iveson. They gave us a tour of their impressive training facility (a renovated church!), where 160 apprentices – including some from our team – are honing their skills. While the AM2 exam rooms were strictly off-limits, we were shown how they are innovating training for the next generation of electricians. At DL M&E, we’re dedicated to embedding environmental and social value into our processes. From reducing waste to encouraging STEM education and tackling the skills gap in construction. Through these efforts, we’re helping shape a more sustainable future for our industry, supporting apprentices every step of the way.
