Winstanley College Career Fair was a buzzing hub of enthusiasm yesterday, especially for engineering and building services! Our DL M&E Building Services team was pleased to meet students eager to learn about career opportunities in our industry. Many students shared their passion for subjects like mathematics and physics, and we were thrilled to guide them toward potential roles in mechanical and electrical (M&E) fields.
DL M&E Project Manager Jason offered insights into pathways for hands-on and technical roles, while our SHEQ Manager, Julie Traynor, discussed apprenticeship degrees, HNCs, and practical “on-the-tools” trade development options. Students asked thoughtful questions about careers as quantity surveyors, electricians, technical designers, and more, showcasing a true interest in building services.
We’re proud to be part of their journey, supporting Winstanley College in its mission to provide students with diverse career insights. DL M&E remains committed to creating social value by inspiring the next generation to consider fulfilling careers in engineering and building services.
